Arch is a fast-growing fintech based in New York City that automates private investments, helping clients access and understand complex data.

Our Operations Associate rotational program gives you four 3-month rotations across teams like Implementation, Client Success, and Data Operations, so you learn multiple parts of the business in a year.

From day one, you’ll be paired with mentors, receive regular feedback, and build the skills to become a strong operator and future leader at Arch.

Qualifications

• Current college senior graduating Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
• Interest in tech, finance, or investing.
• Ability to own projects and drive them to completion.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Clients: Onboard and support clients, organize complex investment data, and ensure a strong client experience.
• Connect the Dots: Reconcile information across clients, fund managers, and internal teams.
• Own the Details: Monitor data, gather key documents, and push processes to completion.
• Solve Problems: Tackle unfamiliar issues with data-driven recommendations.
• Make Things Better: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and systems.
• Learn Quickly: Rotate across teams and grow through feedback and mentorship.
