This role partners across the three lines of defense to drive consistent risk management practices and strengthen the control environment. Qualifications

• Typically more than six years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills.
• Effective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer navigation with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Applicable professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary risk advisor for assigned CBBO Performing Operations business unit.
• Build relationships with business leaders to identify risks early and influence decisions.
• Translate complex risk topics into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support risk assessments, control evaluation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Contribute to risk governance routines and leadership reporting.
• Provide risk guidance on transformation efforts and cross-functional changes.
