Qualifications

  • Typically more than three years of applicable experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute quality assurance reviews and control testing to assess design and operating effectiveness.
  • Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Escalate risks and support remediation validation activities.
  • Leverage data analysis and AI tools to improve testing efficiency and insights.
  • Partner with Line of Business and RCA to strengthen risk management practices.
