Responsibilities

• Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached.
• Push back, respectfully, when a Process Improvement shortcut will cost us later.
• Champion a positive, collaborative culture throughout the Cleveland, OH office.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and InnovateCore clients as needed.
• Keep the OH engine running while you rebuild parts of it.
• Keep Relationship Building documentation current as the work outpaces it.
