LAUKOA seeks an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will apply mathematical modeling and analytical techniques to solve complex organizational problems, collaborating with multiple departments to gather data and develop models.

Responsibilities include identifying issues, developing algorithms to optimize processes, interpreting data for decision-makers, and staying current with OR trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in operations research, systems analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
• Certification in Operations Research or Systems Analysis is a plus.
• Knowledgeable of Vantage data system.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Knowledgeable of programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Familiarity with optimization techniques and software (e.g., CPLEX, Gurobi).
• Understanding of database management systems and querying languages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Summary:
