LAUKOA seeks an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will apply mathematical modeling and analytics to solve complex organizational problems and support strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, develop models, interpret data, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and performance. A Bachelor's in OR/Math/CS is required, Master's preferred; experience with Python, R, MATLAB and optimization tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in operations research, systems analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
