Job summary

AERMOR is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support U.S. Government NC3 IOT&E activities in Omaha, NE. The role demands advanced mathematical and statistical skills to plan, execute, and report on complex test environments including cyber and nuclear-related systems.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Mathematics/Statistics/OR, 6+ years of OR experience, and a TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one. Proficiency with DOE, statistics, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, OR Operations Research.
• At least 6 years of Operations Research or related analytical experience.
• Experience with Design of Experiments concepts and statistics.
• Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) with SCI eligibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support NC3 systems with operational testing and evaluation planning and reporting.
• Apply Design of Experiments techniques to optimize test design and data collection.
• Identify, develop, and apply analytical methods, methodologies, and tools for testing and assessments.
• Plan, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and analyses.
• Develop and implement analytical methodologies to evaluate system performance against key metrics.
• Collaborate with the Test Director and team to provide timely, high-quality analysis across all test phases.
