Qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in data analysis, performance management, BI, or related analytics disciplines.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting U.S. federal government agencies.
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification required.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Experience translating business requirements into KPIs and analytic reporting solutions.
- Experience creating data visualizations with Power BI or comparable BI platforms.

We are seeking a Operations Research Analyst to join our growing team in support of our federal program.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful, mission-critical initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards and program reports.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop clear and interactive data visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Support strategic planning, performance measurement, and decision-making initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and improve analytical capabilities.
- Provide support and expertise in assigned domain.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

- Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Experience developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of key performance indicator (KPI) development, performance metrics, and organizational performance management.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and presenting analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and leadership.

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience; or
- Master's degree (MA/MS) from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; or
- A relevant technical certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree.

Compensation
- The likely salary range for this position is $100K-$145K.
Salary range reflects our commitment to pay equity and transparency. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, certifications, labor qualifications, geographic location and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
