The Licensed Operator/Non-Licensed Operator Requalification Training Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of Operations Requalification Training instructors and Simulator staff at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, this position provides leadership, technical direction, and administrative guidance to ensure the effective implementation of accredited licensed and non-licensed operator training programs.
The Supervisor is accountable for maintaining training program quality, regulatory and accreditation compliance, and instructor performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management, the Supervisor ensures training programs develop and sustain the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The position works closely with Operations leadership and station personnel to improve operator performance, support fleet and station initiatives, and ensure training remains aligned with operational and organizational needs.
