Job summary

You will lead program quality, regulatory compliance, and instructor performance to ensure accredited training remains effective.

Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, you will coach and mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Operations leadership to align

Qualifications

• 6 years of Nuclear Power experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator NRC license or certification.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior supervisory or lead role experience.
• Prior corrective action program experience.

• Oversight of Operations training programs following SAT principles.
• Oversight and evaluation of instructor performance.
• Professional development of personnel.
