Job summary

Kuiken Brothers Co in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking an Operations Representative to support contractor customers by locating materials, staging orders, and assisting with deliveries. You’ll work in the yard with the team to keep materials organized and ready for pickup or delivery.

You’ll lift 50–115 lbs, operate forklifts after training, and help ensure safety and efficiency. Prior experience in building materials is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–115 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to operate forklifts (training and certification provided).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
• Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
• Experience with building materials or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience with BisTrack or similar systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Representative, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day success of our Fair Lawn location. You’ll support our contractor customers by locating materials, staging orders, and assisting with deliveries—making sure they get what they need quickly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with fellow team members in the yard to:

• Provide helpful, face-to-face support for customers and truck drivers
• Load and unload trucks with building materials using forklifts (once trained and certified)
