Job summary

Kuiken Brothers Co is accepting applicants for an Operations Representative at our New Jersey location. You’ll support contractor customers by locating materials, staging orders, and assisting with deliveries to ensure projects stay on track.

You'll work in the yard with the team, loading/unloading with forklifts (training provided), maintaining an organized, safe environment, and helping with inventory and order verification.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–115 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to operate forklifts (training/certification provided).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Clear communication and team-first mindset.
• Basic reading and math skills for order verification and inventory tasks.
• Experience with building materials or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience with BisTrack or similar systems is helpful, but not required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Operations Representative, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day success of our location. You’ll support our contractor customers by locating materials, staging orders, and assisting with deliveries—making sure they get what they need quickly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with fellow team members in the yard to:

• Provide helpful, face-to-face support for customers and truck drivers
