Harbor Wholesale is seeking an Operations Recruiter to fill warehouse and transportation roles across Washington, Oregon and California. This onsite role offers hybrid work after training, with pay between $31.00 and $39.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, building pipelines, managing ATS candidate flow, and coordinating transfers while ensuring recruiting compliance and alignment with Harbor's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR policies and employment law.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with ATS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and keep hiring moving.
• Build talent pipelines via agencies, schools, career fairs, and events.
• Manage candidate activity and interview updates in ATS.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and support offers.
• Coordinate internal transfers including interviews and letters.
• Stay familiar with warehouse/transport roles through shadowing.
• Collaborate with corporate recruiter and HR team.
• Support recruiting compliance and HR projects as needed.
