Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in science or engineering; preferred fields include Food Science, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Able to work in both office and plant environments and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work with manufacturing technicians to collect data and understand processes on the production floor.
• Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results.
• Collect, analyze, and use data to recommend improvements while interfacing with salaried staff and technicians.
• Develop and update program documentation.
