Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in science or engineering – Food Science or Industrial/Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must work in both office and plant environments and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing technicians on the production floor to collect data and understand processes.
• Prepare standard reports and document results to communicate findings.
• Collect, analyze, and use data to recommend improvements while interfacing with salaried employees and technicians.
• Develop and update program documentation.
