Responsibilities

• Collation and compilation of information and data for reporting deliverables.
• Preparation, issuance, and maintenance of project documentation and communications.
• Maintenance and distribution of action item lists, trackers, and other team support as required.
• Documenting existing business practices and training materials, recommending optimization improvements, and presenting potential solutions to stakeholders.
• Supporting stakeholders in training and adoption of standardized processes, tools, systems, and optimizations as relevant.
• Ad hoc analysis and one-off projects may be assigned based on specific department needs.
