Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to drive efficiency and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across HVAC segments. The role reports to the VP of Operations and focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget in a fast‑moving environment.

You will support growth, expand margins, and implement standardized workflows, KPI tracking, and governance for operational excellence. Travel up to 50% may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in operations, project management, or continuous improvement roles.
• Proficiency with project management principles and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of operational projects across multiple teams.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource needs; develop and maintain plans and dashboards.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor budgets and KPIs.
