You will partner with operational teams to implement best practices, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management or project management with an operational focus.
• Proven ability to manage process improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and project management software.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities
