What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with all client stakeholders, vendors, partners, and internal teams to drive labor strategy and cross-functional deliverables
- Drive strong client and partner vendor relationships by proactively solving problems as directed by management
- Oversee day-to-day project management, including cycle updates and rhythm of business deliverables
- Assist in implementing strategies to effectively drive learning objectives and key metrics
- Collaborate with various teams to understand audience types and provide backup support for Partner Readiness deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, operations management, or relevant experience
- Proven project management experience and/or project manager certification
- 5+ years of previous operations management/execution experience in a complex vendor agency setting
- Extremely strong skills and fluency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicts effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products and services such as Windows, Office, Microsoft 365, Surface, and Xbox
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating efforts across various departments and teams
- Understanding of the digital marketing and communications landscape
- Background in project management and labor strategy
- Familiarity with new marketing/communications technologies and techniques
