Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, executive support, project coordination, supply chain, or finance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and action plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across departments and ensure participants understand their deliverables and deadlines.
• Monitor progress, anticipate delays, and proactively address roadblocks.
• Follow up consistently and drive completion of agreed-upon actions.
• Maintain project trackers and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Escalate unresolved issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Confirm implementation is complete and review results to identify gaps and lessons learned.
• Own and coordinate the complete vendor and customer price change process.
• Monitor pricing publications, track requirements, approvals, and effective dates.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance, Customer Accounts, Sales, and others to validate data and pricing impacts.
• Coordinate notifications, reflect adjustments, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Coordinate system updates and verify timely implementation.
• Maintain records and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Review project data for accuracy; use Excel to analyze information and develop reports.
• Keep customer, contract, and pricing data aligned across Salesforce, ERP, and SharePoint.
