We are seeking a Price Change Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing change orders, price adjustments, and developing schedules of value to ensure accurate project cost tracking and billing. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to facilitate smooth pricing updates and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process change orders and price modifications in alignment with project contracts.
  
• Develop and maintain Schedules of Value (SOV) to support accurate invoicing and cost tracking.
  
• Work closely with estimators, project managers, and finance teams to assess cost implications of pricing changes.
  
• Analyze project budgets and ensure pricing adjustments are aligned with contract terms and company policies.
  
• Negotiate and communicate pricing updates with clients, vendors, and subcontractors as needed.

Requirements
