Job summary

UNC Health is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvement initiatives across departments such as Patient Experience, Volunteer Services, and Process Improvement.

You will develop and maintain project schedules, manage large databases, analyze data to inform decisions, and prepare progress reports for leaders. This onsite role at Pardee UNC Health Care oversees day-to-day activities and ensures deliverables meet scope and timelines.

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvement initiatives that drive quality, efficiency, and patient experience across the organization. This role works closely with the Process Improvement, Patient Experience, and Volunteer Servicesteams to ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, quality improvement, or patient experience.
