• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead servicing communication initiatives
• Oversee month-end statement validation, may require after-hours
• Mentor team members and escalate complex issues
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors
• Maintain governance of correspondence inventory and documentation
• Monitor SLA adherence for communications processes
• Manage document content library and vendor relationships
• Administer dashboards and reporting for program objectives
• Draft member-facing operational correspondence with clarity and brand consistency
• Facilitate review workflows with Compliance and Legal
• QA and validate member statements and letters
• Prepare reports on project performance and conduct post-project reviews
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
