Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Two years of experience in mechanical engineering or hardware product development.
• Two years of experience in hardware/manufacturing program management, cost modeling, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Create formal phase-gate product development for manufacturing with entry/exit criteria.
• Own verification and validation planning across testing across functional, environmental, and reliability testing.
• Lead operations readiness and production ramp planning, including supplier capability and capacity models.
