Job summary

Axogen is seeking an Associate Program Manager to independently manage Operations programs within its Avance Processing Operations group. You will lead program-level efforts, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure execution aligns with technical objectives and Axogen’s Quality System.

The role partners with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain to drive timely delivery, manage risks, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Project management and/or PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering projects in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage discrete Operations programs within Axogen’s Avance Processing Operations.
• Coordinate multiple related projects, manage interdependencies and align stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and deliverables using PMP practices.
• Drive cross‑functional execution across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, IT and Operations.
