Axogen, Inc. in Vandalia, OH, is seeking an Associate Program Manager to lead discrete Operations programs within Avance Processing Operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure quality and timely execution across multiple projects under a strong quality system. The role requires a technical engineering background, PMP knowledge or certification, and 5+ years of experience coordinating complex programs in regulated environments; familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, biological sciences, chemistry, or related technical discipline required.
• Project management experience in a regulated industry preferred (medical devices, biologics, tissue-based products or pharmaceuticals).
• Experience managing multiple projects within a quality system environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage discrete Operations programs within Axogen’s Avance Processing Operations organization.
• Provide project management support for critical initiatives within assigned programs.
• Coordinate multiple related projects, manage interdependencies, align stakeholders, and ensure execution aligns with objectives.
