Redfin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic programs that enhance the customer journey and internal operations. You will work with a small team reporting to the Manager of Program Management to execute initiatives across real estate operations, analytics, finance and engineering.
You will own end-to-end project delivery, manage scope and milestones, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $94,600.00-$128,000.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
