Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
• 5+ years in program management, product operations, or engineering (hardware preferred).
• Strong PM methodologies, risk management, and problem solving.
• Lead complex operations-focused projects from development to fulfillment.
• Experience with cost controls and budgeting.
• Effective communication of status to executives.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve manufacturability and scalability.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Jira.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Eligible for US security clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to a multi-functional team across manufacturing, test engineering, sourcing, and quality assurance.
• Manage all aspects of production program requirements.
• Ensure product is manufacturable; coordinate contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Lead regular core team meetings and program reviews; translate forecasts into a build plan.
• Plan and manage Manufacturing labor forecasting and cost controls.
• Collaborate with external customers to share program status and updates.
