About this position:

Responsible for assisting management team with coordinating operations projects including testing, implementation, implementation strategies, documentation, reporting, training, and procedures to meet goals and objectives. This position is in-office and works out of our headquarters in Glens Falls, New York.

Responsibilities

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
• 4 years of experience in banking preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Solid knowledge of financial products and services
• Skilled in identifying, analyzing and providing resolutions to problems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to effectively complete projects, manage workflows, and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a strict adherence to deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, vendors and management

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively use a telephone, computer mouse, and keyboard for extended durations
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds

The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour commensurate with experience and education.

Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s profit-sharing bonus program, subject to individual and company performance.
