Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an Operations and Production Manager in Marietta, OH.

The role leads daily processing, warehousing, and shipping activities in a polymer tolling and contract processing facility while ensuring ISO 9001:2015 and GMP compliance and a zero-defect culture. You will manage people, equipment, and materials to meet customer requirements, use WMS/MES/ERP systems for inventory, traceability, and documentation, and drive continuous improvement across safety,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations / Industrial Management or related field.
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
Understanding of WMS, MES, ERP, SCADA, and related systems.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GMP, OSHA and industrial safety requirements.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily processing, material handling, warehousing, shipping/receiving, quality and safety.
Coordinate people, equipment, and materials to meet customer requirements and procedures.
Develop KPIs and monitor productivity, quality and safety targets.
Support onboarding, training, cross-training, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Promote ISO 9001:2015 and GMP compliance and a continuous-improvement culture.
Manage and optimize processing, batching, and documentation per SOPs.
