Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fabrication and manufacturing facility to meet production schedules.
• Ensure products are manufactured to required specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with scheduling to optimize production timelines and resource allocation.
• Demonstrate, support, and adhere to Integrated Metal Products core values.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, leads, and production staff, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure team members are trained and equipped to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and setting development goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Oversee safety training programs and enforce safety protocols to minimize incidents.
• Ensure environmental and industry regulations compliance.
• Maintain quality control processes to meet or exceed customer expectations, collaborate with QMS Manager to address issues.
• Drive a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, lead lean initiatives, and monitor production metrics.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and labor for efficient production.
• Work with procurement to manage inventory and ensure timely material delivery.
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Provide regular reports on production performance and costs to senior management.
• Prepare and manage the operations budget and monitor expenses for cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and to required specifications, collaborate with sales and customer service.
• Contribute to strategic goals and develop long-term operational strategies aligned with market demands.
• Stay informed about industry trends to keep the company competitive.
