Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Costa Mesa, CA to lead GMP-compliant fill/finish operations.

You will oversee formulation, equipment setup, aseptic processing, filling, and related manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs and batch records. You will plan daily production, assign staff, monitor performance, train personnel, escalate issues, and collaborate with QA, Engineering, and supply chain to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 2–6+ years in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environment.
• Experience with fill/finish manufacturing lines (vials, prefilled syringes, cartridges) preferred.
• 1–2+ years of supervisory experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fill/finish manufacturing activities and aseptic processing.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work based on schedules and resources.
• Set up and maintain GMP-compliant operations and document control.
• Develop, edit, and review SOPs and batch records.
• Escalate deviations, equipment issues, and safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with QA, Quality Control, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
