Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a cross-functional Operations Specialist to provide production support across multiple groups. The role involves handling routine tasks in various systems, researching exceptions, and coordinating with internal partners to resolve issues.

The position requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of operations experience, with strong PC skills and excellent communication. Some physical tasks, such as moving trays, may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise-wide.
• Perform routine tasks in multiple operational systems and interact with internal partners.
• Research exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
• Possibility to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
