Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes reducing costs, improving yield and throughput, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2+ years manufacturing or process experience.
• Experience applying engineering principles to improve manufacturing performance.
• Six Sigma/Lean/ DMAIC and root-cause analysis knowledge; Green Belt preferred.
• MS Excel data analysis and basic reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and driving actions to closure.

Responsibilities

• Own daily process performance; monitor metrics and respond to issues.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in materials, processes, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot excursions and drive corrective actions via root-cause analysis.
• Apply statistical methods to improve stability, yield, throughput, and cost.
• Lead CI projects to reduce defects, downtime, and cycle time.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
• Support trials, ramp-ups, and documentation for new materials and equipment.
• Maintain process knowledge and technical discipline across shifts.
