Job summary

ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Operations Process Engineer to drive process improvements that boost productivity, reduce waste and costs, improve equipment performance, and support a safe manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and CI teams to analyze processes, optimize workflows, implement modifications, and advance productivity initiatives; travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of engineering or technical experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop reports and procedures.
• AutoCAD and electrical controls knowledge preferred.

• Improve machine uptime, speed, and scrap performance.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and CI teams to resolve production challenges.

• Analyze manufacturing processes and optimize workflow.

• Support equipment modifications and productivity initiatives.

• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and operational issues.

Education & Qualifications:
