Job summary

Designer Window Supply is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to keep our sales organization, financial administration, showroom, CRM, and business systems running accurately and efficiently.

This role supports revenue growth by removing administrative work from the sales team, maintaining accurate information, and ensuring contracts and customer payments move smoothly. The position requires cross-functional collaboration and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business operations, sales operations, office operations, accounting administration, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, or contract administration.
• Experience supporting payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Experience reviewing sales commissions or incentive compensation.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable and basic accounting workflows.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and general computer skills.
• Experience working with outside accountants, payroll providers, marketing firms, IT providers, or other outsourced business partners.
• Experience in construction, building materials, design, architecture, home improvement, or another project-based business is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or process improvement is highly desirable.

• Ensure HubSpot contains reliable sales and customer information and that data stays current.
