Job summary

Automated Media Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage pricing and parts data, ensuring accuracy across OEM submissions and product guides.

You will review price changes, load OEM updates into the database, create OEM price files, and maintain timely product and pricing reports for internal teams and partners. Additionally, you will support the Program Manager with ad hoc analyses, prepare daily production reports, and communicate updates to OEMs and field teams with strong attention

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an intermediate user level.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review all part additions and price changes for completeness.
• Review all approved pricing for completeness.
• Load OEM part additions and price changes into the database.
• Create necessary price files in OEM designated format and communicate to customer.
• Maintain product and pricing updates for Product Guides.
• Create and communicate promotional tracking to internal personnel, Affiliate partners, and OEM.
• Process promotional claims and payout files accurately and efficiently.
• Acquire required data to analyze relevant dealership program reports and run ad hoc analysis.
• Contribute to monthly OEM reporting needs as requested.
• Provide aid to the Program Manager on program related questions and issues.
• Create and update daily production reports and provide updates to OEM, field team, and management.
