Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Office Planning Administrator in Peachtree City, GA to support daily production and operational planning. You will coordinate schedules, process shipping docs, monitor OTIF metrics, and assist with escalations with multiple departments.

The role requires 2+ years in admin/planning or related fields, a high school diploma or equivalent, and MS Office proficiency. A 1st shift, full-time position with growth opportunities and benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative, planning, ops support, logistics, manufacturing or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with WMS/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print, copy, organize, and distribute daily production schedules for Operations teams.
• Transmit production schedules within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support schedule updates and ensure teams receive current planning information.
• Maintain organized records of schedules and planning documentation.
