We are hiring for aBusiness Systems Analyst(job/salary code: Business Systems Analyst II) who has Agile software development experience, is well organized, and wants to join a team dedicated to building and providing better government services.

This is a Remote Work position. U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanant Resident status is required, and team members must reside in the United States, no exceptions.

This position requires candidates to pass a public trust background investigation.

Job Summary

This Business Analyst position will work as part of team implementing a world-class case management system, improving business processes, streamlining functionality, and integrating existing systems with the new case management system. To be considered, candidates must have proven experience gathering business requirements, conducting needs assessments, and developing functional specifications to ensure that IT systems meet and support business objectives.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal/external stakeholders
• Develop epics and user stories
• Communicate requirements to the development team
• Coordinate with developers, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders to test processes and ensure functionality and acceptance
• Develop user documentation and help with training
• Responsible for note taking, documenting meetings, and creating/facilitatingpresentations
  
  

Qualifications And Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Three(3) + years of relevant BA experience withsoftware development teams
• Must have, solid experience working daily in Jira
• Experience creating epics and user stories
• Strong writing and communications skills
• Outstanding analytical skills. Must be a problem solver
• Workwell in a team environment and able to work independently
• Must be a U.S. Citizenresiding in the United States
• Must be ableto pass a Federal Background Investigation
• Preferred: Knowledge of Healthcare Operations
