As the Operations Planner you will Facilitate Operational Excellence across all shifts, by optimizing the Warehouse Management System, Order Management System and Supply Chain Visibility Platforms.

Schedule: 4:00 am - 4:00 pm Wednesday - Saturday, Thursday to Saturday

Location: Ephrata, PA (onsite)

What you get to do as an Operations Planner

• Plan, prioritize, create and release tasks and assignments to the operation to create consistent workflow and minimize inefficiencies.
• Continually assess warehouse tasks and assignments for underutilized/overutilized labor and ensure workload is dispersed evenly and effectively across the workforce.
• Ensure effective communication and flow of information between shifts, warehouses, operations and departments.
• Assist the warehouse management team in developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Present a positive attitude and professional image at all times.

What you bring

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred, including pallet building, order selection and loading
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient technical skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Previous experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and JDE (OMS) preferred
• Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to contribute within a Team environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and priorities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively plan, delegate responsibility, and make sound decisions.
• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred
