Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Supply Chain / Production Planner to support manufacturing operations through production scheduling, material planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or plant supply chain operations and strong experience with ERP/MRP systems, production planning, inventory management, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production planning or plant supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, inventory, and available production capacity.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules for equipment downtime, maintenance, material availability, and changes in demand.
• Analyze inventory levels to maintain appropriate supplies of raw materials and finished goods while minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
• Use ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle to support production orders, material planning, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure materials are available according to production requirements.
• Identify potential material, inventory, or capacity constraints and communicate issues to the appropriate teams.
• Track production and supply chain performance and support improvements in key metrics such as on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate production planning, inventory, and scheduling information.
• Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel and SQL to support planning and decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen supply chain performance.
• Work closely with manufacturing, purchasing, procurement, logistics, and other cross‑functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, or plant supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Experience in manufacturing or purchasing operations.
• Supervisory manufacturing experience is acceptable where the candidate has supervised manufacturing activities without personally performing physical production work.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000-$80,000 annual salary
