Job summary

The Montana Hospital Association (MHA) is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support MHA Ventures, Inc., MHA's for-profit subsidiary. The role involves coordinating contracts, vendor relationships, and program records, tracking purchasing data, and keeping projects moving forward under the Vice President of Shared Services.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities, delivering timely solutions, and communicating effectively

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Two or more years in administrative support or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member and partner records and communications.
• Manage contracts, purchasing, and program documentation.
• Maintain spreadsheets and support financial reporting and presentations.
• Assist with outreach and marketing materials for initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and board materials.
