Job summary

Finary SAS is seeking a senior Operations lead to design and implement the operating system across Product, Engineering, and Compliance. You will own the automation journey, improving client experience while maintaining strict regulatory alignment.

You will lead by shipping internal tools and coaching a growing team, ensuring scalable, reusable solutions and a high standard of delivery in a hybrid Paris-based setup.

• Design and implement the operating system for the company across Product, Engineering, and Compliance.

• Coach a team of colleagues to become more capable and autonomous.
• Define what parts of work move to machine and defend those boundaries.
• Maintain alignment with regulatory requirements and client outcomes.
