Job summary

UBS Bellevue is seeking an Operations Officer to serve as an operational subject matter expert in the Market area and to educate employees on policies and procedures. You will oversee account openings and maintenance, monitor transactions, manage funds flows, and handle margin/risk items while delegating approvals where appropriate and reporting to the Market Operations Officer.

Ideal candidates have 5 years at a leading financial institution, branch operations leadership, and required licenses

• 5+ years of experience at a leading financial institution.
• Branch operations management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Series 7, 66, and 9/10 or 8 required for this role.
• Motivated, self‑directed and driven.
• Strong at building partnerships and delegating.
• Skilled at creating a positive business culture.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full‑time equivalent role:

• United States - Washington - Bellevue min USD 90,000 - max USD 120,000 / annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to role‑required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
