Ace Handyman Services Northern Palm Beaches is hiring an Operations/Office Manager to join our growing team in Jupiter, FL. The role focuses on customer service, scheduling, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, locally owned Ace Hardware-backed environment.

No construction experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know about our services and help you grow into a leadership role within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or high-volume phone support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with scheduling or dispatching service technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and educate homeowners about our services.
• Provide estimates over the phone and schedule appointments.
• Manage technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Use our CRM system to document customer information and project details.
• Coordinate with field technicians to resolve scheduling, billing, and customer service issues.
• Handle warranty calls, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
