On a day-to-day basis, success means keeping our office running smoothly and our customers happy. You will answer incoming calls, listen to homeowners' needs, explain our services, and provide estimates. You will actively manage our scheduling system, mapping out logical and efficient routes for our field technicians so they can arrive on time and ready to work.
Over time, you will become the reliable backbone of our branch. You will build lasting relationships with returning customers, collaborate closely with our field team to resolve schedule conflicts, and maintain organized digital records that keep our business running efficiently.
Answer incoming calls and guide customers through our repair and maintenance services.
Provide pricing estimates over the phone and schedule appointments.
Coordinate with field technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts, billing questions, or customer service inquiries.
Use our customer management software to document project details and customer preferences.
Conduct follow-up calls with customers after their projects are completed to ensure they are fully satisfied.
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, warranty coordination, and general office support.

3+ years of experience in customer service, phone support, sales, or call center environments.
Clear, warm, and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience dispatching or scheduling service technicians.
Experience working within the home services or residential construction industry.
