The Operations Support Specialist serves as the primary resource for cross-functional operational support, ensuring efficient daily office operations and seamless collaboration between interoffice and field teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC, field services, construction, and/or trade-based operations/administrative support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft365 and ERP systems.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and PO entry for materials, equipment, and services.
• Support project managers with purchases, estimation, and quotes.
• Prepare and review purchasing-related documents for accurate handoffs to Billing.
• Manage uniform program: ordering, tracking, reconciliation.
• Oversee office operations, vendor services, and facilities coordination.
• Handle mail, shipping, and inventory coordination including deliveries and labeling.
• Plan and coordinate office events and meetings, including catering and setup.
