The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Reporting to the Director of Operations Management, this position will work closely with the Director and Manager of Operations to support all operational activities. The Coordinator will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information from the Facilities organization of the Mailman School. The Operations Management Coordinator will provide administrative support including but not limited to: Work Order coordination, Security badge and access assignments, database management, daily office operations, coordination of budgeting/accounting systems, maintaining office records, and providing general support services for the divisional staff. Additionally, the Operations Management Coordinator, under the supervision of the Operations Manager, will manage all outside contractors in support of the Operations Management Department, including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support.
