Job summary

TCOM is seeking a Program Operations professional to optimize production planning, materials control, and earned value management across multiple projects. You will coordinate procurement, scheduling, and resource use with a focus on reducing risk and cost while meeting contractual requirements.

The role involves leading cross‑department collaboration, presenting plans to management, and ensuring adherence to policy while driving improvements in workflow efficiency and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent amount of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of Program Operations related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, or coordinate operations with relation to material procurement planning, resource planning, and earned value.
• Coordinate and lead cost and schedule activity related to system hardware production.
• Coordinate flow of work and materials between departments according to production schedule.
• Confer with department supervisors to determine progress and completion dates; price and estimate costs for proposals.
• Prepare reports on progress of work and devise solutions to production-related program problems.
• Identify, troubleshoot and track earned value status on assigned programs.
