TCOM is seeking a Program Operations professional to optimize production planning, materials control, and earned value management across multiple projects. You will coordinate procurement, scheduling, and resource use with a focus on reducing risk and cost while meeting contractual requirements.
The role involves leading cross‑department collaboration, presenting plans to management, and ensuring adherence to policy while driving improvements in workflow efficiency and program performance.
Works in direct conjunction with the Program Office to provide and apply the technical expertise required to maximize the benefit available to the organization by the use of sound and accepted principles of production and materials control. Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations with relation to material procurement planning, resource planning, and earned value. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Coordinate all cost and schedule activity related to system hardware production on behalf of the Program Office. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of TCOM according to production schedule. Duties include conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; pricing and estimating costs for proposal efforts, earned value inputs for all assigned programs; and compiling reports on progress of work, and devising solutions to production related program problems. Coordinate and lead other lower classified personnel. Demonstrate highest levels of proficiency and familiarity with planning, cost movement and material control procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent amount of education and experience.
Minimum of five years of Program Operations related experience
